TomTom: we will miss you
February was a hard time. TomTom was an old donkey when we got him. He went down in his stall one day and was thrashing his head against the wall. The kids and I got the bleeding to stop and got him comfortable. He seemed to be doing ok and was eating and drinking. We checked on him throughout the night and he seemed to be ok. The next morning, he was thrashing on the ground and in a lot of pain so we had to put him down. The kids got him calm and said their goodbyes then went to the house. While Hubby took care of putting TomTom down. We miss having him here but know he is not in anymore pain.

We live in an Itty Bitty town in Idaho and are loving it. After many years of visiting relatives here, we were able to make the leap and move here two years ago. We are learning as we go and are loving it. We are slowly learning about different animals and finding what works for us. We are working towards raising Nigerian Dwarf goats as a family project . ........
